Definition of incoterms
INCOTERMS - International Commercial Terms ou Termos de Comércio Internacional. Conjunto de Termos internacionais que uniformizam as 13 condições usuais de venda (EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAF, DES, DEQ, DDU e DDP), uniformes e imparciais, válidas para todo o mundo e emitidas pela Câmera Internacional de Comércio, em Paris, cuja edição em vigor é de 1990. Quando agregados a um contrato internacional passam a ter força legal, com significado jurídico preciso e interpretado uniformemente por todas as cortes internacionais.
