Definition of unitização de cargas

 

Unitização de cargas - Unit Load. Trata-se da carga constituída de materiais (embalados ou não) arranjados e acondicionados de modo a possibilitar a movimentação e armazenagem por meios mecanizados como uma única unidade (UNIMOV). Constitui uma das bases para um sistema integrado de acondicionamento, movimentação, armazenagem e transporte de materiais. Ver Unitização e Paletização.
